Orthogonal photoresist can enable the fabrication of OLED frontplanes on any size substrate up to gen 10, by using the same process used to make the backplanes and color filters for LCD.

Our resist is compatible with polymer and small molecule materials, so it can adapt to use the highest performing materials available.

With patterning resolution down to the micron scale, we can work with high resolution displays as well as achieve high levels of critical dimension and registration control, increasing pixel aperture ratios and consequently lifetimes.
